the bloody berry was so delicious! not only was it delicious but it genuinely did improve my mood. i felt so relaxed and uplifted mentally, as well as generally more focused than usual. as a type one diabetic and someone who is allergic to gluten it was a big plus for me that it only has 2 carbs and it’s gluten free!
